Looking Forward To Seeing The World

I've been that "go to" Disney person as long as I can remember and have always enjoyed sharing my knowledge of the most magical place on earth. I was very fortunate to grow up traveling the United States, Europe and Mexico, but it wasn't until my senior year of college when I was able to do a summer abroad in Australia and New Zealand that I started to appreciate it. After I graduated, the real world kicked in and my travels came to a screeching halt. I still followed all things Disney, but wasn't able to go much, so I just admired from afar.

A couple of years ago when I met my Disney-loving husband Benjamin, we decided to put traveling back on our priorities list and see the world as much as we could (even if our idea of seeing the world was Epcot). We went to Disney several times and have had huge relationship milestones there - first time saying "I love you", Benjamin proposing and our fairytale wedding. At this point, our kids basically have no choice but to be Disney kids that will turn into Disney teenagers and then inevitably Disney Adults.

When I started with Mickey World Travel back in April of 2022, I expected to sell Walt Disney World and dabble in Universal Studios if a family was interested. However, not long after starting, I had a family interested in cruising, which in turn led me down a rabbit hole for my own adventure. Within a few short weeks, I had convinced my husband, my parents, and my sister and her husband to go on a cruise during the kids spring break this upcoming April. I have grown so excited about exposing my kids to different cultures and traveling to beautiful locations. I have put in hours upon hours researching the ports, excursions offered, activities on the ship, and just about every other detail surrounding this vacation -- AND enjoyed every second if it. I never imagined when I became a travel agent specializing in Disney that my love for traveling the world that had been extinguished so many years ago would reignite.

Glad you're here, hope you come back and leave me a comment on anything you want me to cover in the travel world (or point out an inevitable grammar error)!
